Even when you’ve done all the “right” things, it can still feel like something is missing. Most of my clients are women in their 20s and 30s who feel overwhelmed, stuck, stressed, or pressured. As a result of our work together, they typically report feeling more fulfilled, happier, and more ambitious in pursuing their own desires — instead of what others want or expect.

Individual Therapy

If you struggle with intense emotions, experience anxiety, or feel held back by past trauma, individual therapy brings relief and hope. I incorporate life coaching strategies, yoga, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), and brainspotting into our therapeutic work as needed.

Life Coaching

Life coaching empowers you to pursue the future with clarity and intention. Leave each session with problem-solving strategies to overcome obstacles in your life. Beyond typical coaching, I also incorporate tools that support relaxation and mindfulness.

Yoga Classes

Sometimes the most profound growth and healing takes place when we slow down, connect with our bodies, and move. Since I began practicing yoga 25 years ago, a feeling of "coming home" has continually drawn me back to the mat — and it’s a gift I want to share. My hatha flow and yin-style classes are designed to stretch, strengthen, and release physically and emotionally. I offer public classes through Mantra Yoga Collective.
